  • Our automated processes collect and analyze your order so that we can deliver the highest levels of efficiency. This means high speed but no compromise on quality and great savings for you. If your artwork passes all pre-flight checks, it goes straight to the printing service.
  • If your pre-flight artwork fails, our prepress team is here to help. Occasionally they may need to call or email you, for example if you provided a Word, Powerpoint, or Publisher file. These files need to be converted to a print-ready PDF, so they’ll email you to verify that you want to proceed with the converted files. Saving your Office files as print-ready PDFs before sending them to us will help them get to the print service faster!
  • When your order has reached our printing office, it is ready to be printed. The printing team operating these presses ensures that your order is perfect. The presses are maintained and calibrated to very high standards that are checked daily to ensure you receive your order as you expect.
    Not only will our finishing department finish your work to your desired specifications, they will also pack your order securely in one of our sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
  • Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email so you know your order is on its way.
